Mijn naam is Julie Philippron. Ik ben executive coach, strategisch recruiter en sollicitatiecoach met 12 jaar ervaring in executive search. Ik heb ervaring aan beide kanten van de hiring table en werkte met profielen van schoolverlaters tot C-level, ook in internationale context.
Ik begeleid individuen in 1-op-1 coaching die doelgericht willen solliciteren en bewuste keuzes willen maken in hun carrière. Samen brengen we ambities scherp, vertalen die naar een concreet en realistisch stappenplan, en werken aan een heldere positionering op LinkedIn en in gesprekken. Mijn sterkte ligt in het omzetten van inzichten en gesprekken naar duidelijke, haalbare acties.
Daarnaast werk ik met ondernemers, leiderschapsteams en familiebedrijven rond groei, opvolging en strategische besluitvorming.
Elke sessie duurt 45 minuten en vindt plaats in Antwerpen of online, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur. Mijn aanpak is praktisch, scherp en mensgericht, met focus op eigenaarschap en duurzame vooruitgang.
